Sorry, I studied the French language 42 years ago, and have not had the opportunity to use it very much since that time. I used "http://babelfish.altavista.com... to translate. It does too much of a literal translation, and misses the nuances of idiomatic expressions.

Dr. Higuchi has purchased copies of both books. Upon receiving and reading the Fukiyado text, he liked it so much, that he ordered ten more. He wrote me in an e-mail: "The books you have written will help people to aware the new sport. ... The books will be the text for blowgunners in the world. ... I am transrating the Fukiyado now. I will present the book with my translation to my friends."

To me, this is a greater honor than making the "best seller" list, or winning a Pultizer prize.
