I am very happy that you understand my idea and policy about blowgun.
I appreciate your passion, sprendid technique of blowgun and reserch and promotion
of the sport. I hope USA Fukiyado will lead sport blowgun in the world.
Fukiyado is a martial art and sport which gives all people endless fun and health.
You are only IFA instructer in USA.

I am very happy if you accepted IFA "Soke-dai" or depty of IFA. Soke-Dai (Next Generation Head-Family) In Japanese marashal art Shihandai (Next to Shihan who leads and teach marshal art) is used. Soke-Dai means the same, next to soke and leads and teach marshal art.

What this means is: Dr. Higuchi has selected me as his successor to lead the International Fukiyado Association, in the event that he no longer can perform the duties required in that position.

I have accepted this honor, and will endeavor to promote the sport of competition blowgun target shooting. I will perform the duties as the head of the International Fukiyado Association, if and when the time comes for me to assume that responsibility.
